Instead, the person behind the camera simply changes the angle and keeps filming the assault.
The video has since gone viral, with the Ghaziabad Police Department finally announcing that Shringi Nandan Yadav had been arrested. It was uncertain if the camera operator or anybody else involved in the incident had been identified.
