Urban Development and Housing Minister Bhupendra Singh has said that the survey of unauthorised colonies of up to December 31, 2022 should be done soon.

Along with this, the process of regularization of unauthorised colonies of up to December 31, 2016 should be completed by June 30. Make necessary changes in the rules immediately.

Minister Singh gave these instructions while reviewing the implementation of the announcements made by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan for urban areas.

Amount will be given to buy 50 thousand handcarts

Urban Development and Housing Minister Singh said that this year 50 thousand beneficiaries will be given a grant of Rs. 5 thousand each to buy handcarts. Immediately issue an order to collect annual fee from street vendors and handcart pushers. Under no circumstances should daily recovery be made from them. Get street vendors registered free of cost.

Works will be canceled if there is no work order in Kayakalp Abhiyan by June 10

Minister Shri Singh said that the works approved in the Kayakalp Abhiyan should be completed within the time limit. Cancel the approval of works in urban bodies where work orders are not issued till June 10. Also, transfer the amount of these works to other districts.

Singh said that the process of the second phase of the campaign should also be started soon. He said that the announcements of the Chief Minister should be implemented within the time limit.

New e-municipal portal will be implemented in all 413 bodies

Singh said that the new e-municipal portal should be implemented in all 413 urban bodies. This will ensure uniformity. He said that the urban bodies should run the Deendayal Rasoi Yojana. He instructed to send proposal for amendment in TDR policy soon.
