The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has registered a case against nine people in Kerala and Bengaluru. These people are allegedly accused of forcibly converted to a women’s Gujarat and attempting to sell them to terrorists in ISIS in Saudi Arabia. NIA spokesman said in a statement that a case was registered on 25-year-old woman’s complaint. The woman has alleged that Mohammed Riyas Rashid laughing at her and took her offensive pictures and kept her illegally locked.
According to the NIA spokesman, the complainant also said that the accused married him and cheated him and forcibly embraced Islam. Rashid kept him illegally in Kerala and threatened him. After this, he was taken to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia in August 2017 to join the terrorist organization ISIS. In addition to Rashid, in the FIR, Nahan Abdulkhadar of Kannur (Kerala), Mohammad Najish T of Perigadi, Abdul Mohan of Kannur, Danish Najib from Bangalore, Gazila, Moin Patel of Bangalore, Illias Mohammed and Fawas Jamal of Peruvaram have been involved in it.
