Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that water will be provided to every farmer’s farm in Neemuch district through Gandhi Sagar Dam and other means. Here the farmers of here will leave behind the farmers of Punjab. The previous government did not pay attention to providing adequate irrigation to the farmers from the Gandhi Sagar Dam, whereas it was not an impossible task. Chief Minister Chouhan said that there is no word impossible in his dictionary. Soon the Neemuch-Javad irrigation scheme costing Rs 3,500 crore will also be started. Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing the foundation stone laying and dedication ceremony of various construction works including Bhoomi Poojan of Rampura Manasa Major Micro-Pressure Irrigation Project worth Rs. 1208 crore.
The Chief Minister said that Neemuch-Javad irrigation scheme will be started. An amount of Rs 3 crore will be provided to all Nagar Panchayats. One crore rupees will be given as the first installment. College building will be constructed in Rampura Manasa. Left out villages will be connected to irrigation projects.
Small Medium Micro Industries Minister Om Prakash Sakhlecha, MLAs Madhav Maru and Dilip Singh Parihar, former minister Kailash Chawla, local public representatives and a large number of citizens were present in the programme. Today, Neemuch district has received many gifts under the Vikas Parv.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that there was a time when people of Neemuch district used to take a whole day to reach Bhopal. The roads were in such pitiable condition. There was no electricity in the cities and villages. Now the government has worked for the welfare of all sections of the society along with all these arrangements. Government’s schemes are being operated considering the public as family members.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that Ladli Laxmi Yojana was made to save the daughters. Funds are provided continuously from the birth till the marriage of the daughter. In the state, 50 percent reservation for sisters in institutions including municipality and Janpad, Mukhyamantri Kanya Daan Yojana, provision of only one percent premium on registration of property in the name of sisters, implementation of Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana have boosted the respect of daughters and sisters. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that he considers himself brother of 1.25 crore sisters. Under the Ladli Bahna Yojana, the target of giving Rs 3,000 per month to the sisters will also be fulfilled. This scheme gives an opportunity to the sisters to live with dignity. Sisters will no longer have to be constrained for the small needs of the family.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the members of Ladli Bahna Sena Yojana in the state will provide benefits of various schemes to the sisters of the society. Efforts are being made to increase the income of the sisters up to Rs 10 thousand per month. Today the sisters of self-help groups are becoming lakhpatis. After making uniforms, supplying nutritious food, operating tap water schemes, now they will also do the work of collecting toll tax. The problems of the sisters in the state will be resolved. The government has done the work of hanging the miscreants and bulldozing their houses. The ahatas built near liquor shops have been closed.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that financial assistance of Rs 10 thousand was given to sisters for delivery, which was stopped by the previous government. Similarly, the monthly amount of one thousand rupees received by the families of Sambal Yojana and Special Backward Tribes was also stopped. Not only this, the funds for Mukhyamantri Kanya Daan Yojana and Teerth Darshan Yojana had also stopped.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the government has done the work of depositing the amount of crop insurance scheme and paying the amount of Kisan Samman Nidhi. Tuition fee will also be provided to the students for higher education. An amount of Rs 4500 is being given for the bicycle to the students when they go to school in another village. Similarly, initiative has also been taken to provide scooty to the students.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the poor will not be allowed to suffer due to high electricity bills. Transformer scheme will be restarted on grant. The work of recruitment on one lakh posts is in progress. After 6500 recruitments in the police force, 2500 new recruitments and 50 thousand new recruitments on government posts in the state will also be done. Along with this, the interests of the guest teachers will also be taken care of. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the Mukhyamantri Seekho-Kamao Yojana is being started from August 13.
Bhoomi Poojan/Dedication in Manasa
Chief Minister Chouhan performed bhoomi poojan of various works worth Rs 1245 crore 42 lakh and dedicated development works worth Rs 36 crore 76 lakh in Manasa. In this way, a total of Rs 1282 crore 18 lakh development works were gifted. In this, he performed bhoomi-pujan of Rampur-Manasa Micro Lift Irrigation Scheme costing Rs 1208 crore 89 lakh, Bhadwa Mata Corridor 10 crore, stadium construction in Excellence School Manasa 2 crore 12 lakh, Antri Mataji to Antrikheda road 2 crore 35 lakh, Barkuan to Kesharpura road one crore 16 lakh, Ghotapipalia to Deori Somya road, Talau to Bachakhedi road one crore 13 lakh, Sondi to Buravan road one crore 13 lakh, Manasa-Padda, Kanjarda road to Kanjarda bypass road to be constructed with Rs 4 crore 40 lakh. In Amrit-2.0 Yojana, CM performed Bhoomi Pujan of drinking water augmentation scheme Rs 7 crore 15 lakh, CC road and asphalting work one crore 5 lakh, drinking water augmentation scheme Rs 2 crore 61 lakh and Rs 1 crore 76 lakh road to be built from Piplia-Singhadia to Doriyakhedi. In this way, Bhoomi Poojan was done for construction works worth Rs 1245 crore 42 lakh.
Chief Minister Chouhan dedicated Rampura Ring Bund security work worth Rs 14 crore 18 lakh, Nalwa to Dhani road worth Rs 3 crore 25 lakh, Chaplana to Badkuan road worth Rs 3 crore 17 lakh, Manasa-Rampura road to Jaisingh ka Tanda worth Rs 1 crore 78 lakh, Moya Bhadwa Road 2 crore 56 lakh, Chowkdi Jharneshwar Mahadev Road 3 crore 36 lakh, Nalwa-Kundla road to Dhani Marg 2 crore 62 lakh, Janpad Panchayat Bhawan Manasa of one crore 29 lakh, 3 crore 53 lakh, 6 new rooms of 3 crore 53 lakh built in the Manasa College, construction work of block health unit in Manasa Community Health Center worth Rs 50 lakh, Bhatkhedi to Jamunia Lasur Marg worth Rs 36 crore 76 lakh.
Rampur-Manasa Micro Lift Irrigation Scheme
Irrigation facility will be made available on 65 thousand 400 hectare land of total 215 villages of Rampura, Manasa, Neemuch and Javad tehsils through pipeline by constructing two pumping stations at Semli Antri and village Banda on the submergence area of Gandhi Sagar reservoir under Rampura-Manasa micro lift irrigation scheme worth 1208.89 crores. Water will be made available for irrigation by dividing the total irrigation area into 30 hectare chaks and each 30-30 hectare chak into 5 hectare each sub-chaks. For the convenience of the farmers, automatic outlet management systems will be installed on every 30 hectare circle, from where the farmers will be able to get water for irrigation in a fixed quantity with the prescribed pressure.

On the way of the road-show, the citizens accorded unprecedented welcome by showering garlands with flowers. Every section of the society participated in large numbers in Manasa. Children, elders, women, students, farmers, businessmen participated.
Chief Minister Chouhan dedicated 7 vehicles under Annadoot scheme in the programme and handed over the keys of the vehicles to the beneficiaries. Chief Minister Chouhan released various publications along with benefitting the beneficiaries in various schemes.
