Lilly Singh aka Superwoman is an actress, comedian and YouTube sensation who on Sunday came out as bisexual on her Twitter handle.
Canadian star Lilly Singh with over 14 million subscribers on YouTube is a comedian who settled in Los Angeles after gaining extreme fanbase from her channel called ‘Superwoman’.
On Sunday (February 24), Lilly Singh revealed her sexual orientation as bisexual quoting, “Female, Coloured, Bisexual” along with checkboxes ticked green.
She added, “Throughout my life, these have proven to be obstacles from time to time. But now I’m fully embracing them as my superpowers. No matter how many “boxes” you check, I encourage you to do the same.”
Singh, who has always been in solidarity with the LGBTQ community had often hinted about being gay in her videos though this particular time, she wooed followers and fans with her honesty and spirit.
The YouTube sensation shares Indian roots and has followers from all round the globe.
