Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan made important announcements today in the interest of Rozgar Sahayak working in the state. Chief Minister Chouhan said that now Rozgar Sahayak will get the benefit of various facilities including hike in honorarium.
Announcements of Chief Minister Chouhan
1. The honorarium currently being received by Rozgar Sahayak will be doubled. The current amount of Rs 9,000 monthly honorarium will be hiked to Rs 18,000.
2. Now the service of Rozgar Sahayak will not be terminated easily. After departmental enquiry/other enquiry, action will be taken only after following the necessary procedure.
3. Will also avail the facility of maternity leave etc. along with general leave.
4. Paternity leave along with maternity leave will also be provided.
5. In the appointment of Panchayat Secretary, 50 percent seats will be reserved for Rozgar Sahayak.
6. 6. Rozgar Sahayak will be treated at par with Panchayat Secretaries in future in matters related to transfer and appointment. Necessary rules will be made for this.
Rozgar Sahayak play an important role in the implementation of schemes
Addressing the state level conference of Rozgar Sahayak at Motilal Nehru Stadium this evening, Chief Minister Chouhan said that Rozgar Sahayak have a special role in the implementation of public welfare schemes of the government. Rozgar Sahayak did an important job in providing relief to the general public and workers of other states even during the Corona period. At a time, Rozgar Sahayak who were responsible for the work related to MNREGA, have successfully done important works related to making ration cards, Sambal Yojana, Ayushman cards, National Family Assistance Program and Ladli Bahna Yojana after proper implementation of MNREGA. Rozgar Sahayaks (Rozgar Sahayak) developed computer skills and also became proficient in operating them. Computers and laptops are required in the implementation of many schemes, the work of interaction of physical to digital in conducted by Rozgar Sahayaks. Chief Minister Chouhan said that it is necessary to eliminate uncertainty from life. Rozgar Sahayaks are special to me. CM Chouhan said that the way bridge dams were built from Rameshwaram to Lanka, today Rozgar Sahayaks are also playing the role of Nal and Neel. Squirrels also contributed to the construction of the bridge. Everyone who contributes to such works is important.
