Various programmes to held in Mhow and Maheshwar on 14th April Dr. Ambedkar Mahakumbh will be held on April 16 in Gwalior.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the programmes to be held in Mhow, Maheshwar and Gwalior on the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution and modern India, should be organized with full grandeur and dignity.
Dr. Ambedkar Mahakumbh is being organized in Gwalior on April 16, along with events in Mhow and Maheshwar on April 14 on the birth anniversary of Dr. Ambedkar.
Bharat Ratna Dr. Ambedkar has a significant contribution in the upliftment of the poor, Dalits and the downtrodden.
Everyone should take part in the Mahakumbh and show their respect towards Dr. Ambedkar.
Chouhan was reviewing the ongoing preparations for the programmes to be held on the birth anniversary of Dr. Ambedkar. Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, State Water Resources Minister Tulsiram Silavat, Member of Parliament V.D. Sharma, Hitanand Sharma, Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains and other officers were present in the meeting held Samatva Bhavan at Chief Minister’s residence. Collectors of Indore, Khargone and Gwalior joined virtually.
Chouhan also had a virtual discussion regarding the Gwalior Mahakumbh with the eminent citizens of Gwalior.
Chouhan said that Dr. Ambedkar Mahakumbh will start a new direction of development and welfare in the state.
All Panchayat representatives, public representatives should fulfill their responsibility in organizing and making the arrangements.
Gwalior Mahakumbh is a matter of luck for the region, every village should be represented in the Mahakumbh. Special attention should be paid to transport, meeting and drinking water arrangements.
