The extraordinary UAPA court leading the preliminary in the 2013 homicide instance of pragmatist Dr Narendra Dabholkar has condemned the protection attorneys for making applications requesting digitized duplicate of after death, in light of 2014 government notice when the manually written posthumous report from 2013 is clear.

According to a report documented by Dr Indrajit Khandekar, a round of state government was given on January 6, 2014 that ordered digitisation of after death reports. In any case, Dr Dabholkar was shot dead on August 20, 2013 around 7:30am close to Omkareshwar span in Pune.
