Entertainer Shilpa Shetty, her better half Raj Kundra and Kaashif Khan, overseer of SFL Fitness Pvt Ltd, have been reserved by the Bandra police on the protest of a Pune youth who claimed he was cheated of ₹1.51 crores by them.
As indicated by the Bandra police,Yash Nitin Barai (25) has griped that Kaashif Khan, alongside Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra and others, supposedly requested that he put cash in the wellness franchisee they needed to open on his plot at Indraprasth, Hadpasar in Pune and guaranteed an offer in benefits from the business. As Yash was then a minor, his dad gave Khan ₹1.51 crores over a time of 90 days in 2014.
Barai’s whine further charges that the task didn’t emerge and when he requested his cash, he was compromised.
The Bandra police have enlisted a body of evidence against the three for cheating, criminal terrorizing, compromising and criminal trick.
“We have enlisted a case on the protest of Barai and have likewise recorded his full assertion. We are currently researching the situation and checking every one of the archives and bank explanations,” said an official from Bandra police headquarters.
