Raipur, Chhattisgarh: The decision to reassess cases against tribals were taken on Monday during a meeting.
A high level committee headed by the former Supreme Court judge AK Patnaik is all set to review the cases that were registered against the tribals in Naxal-infested areas of Chhattisgarh.
The committee has decided to review the cases categorically. The review will be filtered on the basis of merits after which the action will be taken in respect of the ticking clock.
