Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav informed industrialists at a round table conference that Madhya Pradesh is a region brimming with possibilities, offering all necessary facilities for industries.
He invited them to invest in the state, assuring a warm welcome and full support in establishing their businesses.
During discussions with startup representatives, Dr. Yadav emphasized the government’s commitment to securing a bright future for the youth of Madhya Pradesh.
He noted that startups would play a crucial role in enhancing the state’s intellectual property and capabilities.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Madhya Pradesh government is fully supporting start-ups and is planning to introduce a new scheme to promote Ayurveda in the state.
Currently, there are five government-owned institutes, and the government is committed to increasing this number to 13.
The forest region, rich in medicinal resources, is being actively developed by the government, which will create employment opportunities for the people of the state.
This initiative will also benefit from the intellectual property and cultural knowledge of the forest-dwelling communities.
To bring scheduled tribes into the mainstream, the government aims to promote industries related to forest medicines, ensuring that these communities gain employment and that the medicinal products receive fair pricing.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while discussing with entrepreneurs related to leather and footwear, said that we have to promote synthetic leather.
Employment-oriented leather industries will also be promoted in Gwalior and Morena. We have built many industrial parks, all industrialists should invest in them without hesitation.
During the round table conference on PCB, it was emphasized that ESDM industries should be promoted to make the state self-reliant in integrated circuits, manufacturing and semiconductors. Madhya Pradesh offers all the necessary resources, such as electricity and water, essential for PCB-related industries.
Gwalior’s proximity to Delhi is seen as a strategic advantage for the growth of this sector. The meeting aimed to position Gwalior as an emerging startup hub foster mutual cooperation, identify challenges and opportunities, explore government support and generate investment interest in the region.
Principal Secretary Sanjay Dubey and Principal Secretary Raghavendra Kumar Singh were also present in the round table conference.
Dubey said that with the promotion of PCB manufacturing industries, more industries will get a boost, we are ready to give every possible help and incentive to the entrepreneurs and all the schemes of the government are also focused on this.
