Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan told about the need for all sections to join the School Chalen Hum Abhiyan. Social workers, artists, sportspersons, industrialists, government officials, employees and public representatives should join the campaign so that all the children of the state go to school and get quality education. By doing this we can discharge our social responsibility. Chief Minister Chouhan said this in a message today.

A three-day “Bhavishya Se Bhaint” programme is being organized from July 17 to 19 in School Chalen Hum Abhiyan-2023-24 to ensure public participation. The Education Department has taken initiative for the citizen to get registered through the education portal www.educationportal.mp.gov.in and go to school on one of these days. Chief Minister Chouhan said that there is a need to go to school and take one period to teach children and make them aware of their experience. The ex-students of the school should consider that their alma mater has shaped them for whatever they have become in life today, so they should fulfill their responsibility towards the school.

Motivate children to go to school

Chief Minister Chouhan said that activities have started in the schools after the summer vacation. All parents should send children to school. No child should be deprived of going to school. We have to adopt a friendly attitude towards children and motivate them to go to school. People must visit their old school once. Alumni can also contribute in various ways by visiting their school. Chief Minister Chouhan said that it is not necessary that one has to contribute only financially, we can also contribute by sharing our experiences with the students. Knowledge of a subject and new information can be shared. Necessary direction can be given to the future citizens.

Madhya Pradesh government has given many facilities to the students

Chief Minister Chouhan said that mid-day meals and textbooks are being provided free of cost to students in government schools. Along with giving two pairs of uniforms, the facility of free cycles has been provided to sons and daughters who after passing V and VIII have taken admission in a government school within the prescribed distance in VI and IX grade. Amount is being given for laptop on excellent performance in class XII. Not only this, the facility of e-scooty has also been started in schools for getting the highest marks in class XII.
