Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Monday visted the ashram of Saint Late Shri Shri 1008 Nijanand Ji Maharaj located in village Chirola Fanta of Khachrod on the occasion of Rakshabandhan festival.
CM Dr. Yadav performed Rudrabhishek in the Shiva temple and offered prayers. During the prayers Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was accompanied by Pandit Ashish Sharma, Pandit Gopal Sharma and Pandit Shyam Kumar Sharma.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav arrived at the Gadi Sthal of Saint Shri Nijanand Ji Maharaj and offered prayers.
Subsequently, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav joined the Bhandara organised on the second death anniversary of Saint Late Shri Sachchidanand Ji Maharaj at the ashram along with saints and local citizens.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav extended his wishes to everyone on the occasion of Rakshabandhan.
He participated in the Rakshabandhan programme near the Ashram and got Rakhi tied by sisters.
