Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, during his stay in Delhi today, met Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah at his residence and requested him to launch the cyber tehsil system in the state on January 1, 2024.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government is determined to fulfill the guarantees of Resolution 23 given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the people of the state.

In this sequence, the state government has decided to implement the concept of cyber tehsil in the entire state from January 1, 2024.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav informed that with the use of modern technology in the cyber tehsil system, the name transfer can be done in favor of the buyer within the time limit of 15 days from the registry in a transparent manner without giving a separate application and there will also be immediate improvement in the Khasra-Naksha can be done.

In the first phase, this process is being implemented only in such undisputed cases where the sale is of entire measles.

Later it will be implemented in all types of undisputed transfers and divisions.

With online, paperless and faceless process of name transfer through Cyber Tehsil, the state government will move in the direction of ‘Good Governance to Suraj’.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav requested Union Minister Shah to grace the state with his presence in the New Year and launch the cyber tehsil system in the entire state, which Union Minister Shri Shah happily accepted.
