Girl from Dhar district of the state is also a member of the team
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has congratulated the Indian women’s football team on its victory in the South Asian Federation (SAF) Women’s Football Championship in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. India has won with 5-2 over Pakistan.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that it is a matter of pride for Madhya Pradesh that the Indian team also includes Jyoti Chauhan, daughter of Sardarpur in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh.
Jyoti’s goal also contributed to India’s victory in the international competition.
This victory has been achieved due to the hard work and struggle of all the women players including Jyoti, which is inspiring for the daughters of the country as well as the state.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has also congratulated all the players for their bright future.
