Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will inaugurate the Statewide Rozgar Diwas (Employment Day) in Ujjain on 20th September. In this state level programme, more than 3 lakh youth of various self-employment schemes will be linked to self-employment by distributing loans worth more than Rs 2300 crore.
Chief Minister Chouhan will also dedicate 1708 MSME units of various districts and 43 units with investment of Rs 10 crore to Rs 50 crore. In the programme, the bhoomi-pujan of 307 MSME units and the bhoomi-pujan and dedication of 17 clusters and 26 departmental industrial areas will be performed by Chief Minister Chouhan. These projects will provide employment to more than 71 thousand people.
Meghdoot parking built with Rs 11 crore and Anna Kshetra built with Rs 27 crore will be dedicated
Chief Minister Chouhan will dedicate Meghdoot parking built by Ujjain Smart City at a cost of Rs 11 crore 9 lakh and Anna Kshetra built by Shri Mahakal Temple Management Committee at a cost of Rs 27 crore in Mahakal Public Complex.
Bhoomi pujan will also be performed for the Bhakta Niwas to be built by the temple committee at a cost of Rs 500 crore and the facility centre to be built at a cost of Rs 17 crore.
Successful entrepreneurs and self-employed youth will share their experiences
Chief Minister Chouhan received information about the ongoing preparations for Employment Day in the meeting held at Samatva Bhawan. The Chief Minister said that all the districts of the state should join the programme and arrangements should be made to share the experiences of successful entrepreneurs and self-employed youths with other entrepreneurs and youths of the state.
This activity will prove to be inspiring and guiding for the youth. The programme will be held near Hari Phatak in Ujjain, he said.
Principal Secretary Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Shri Sanjay Shukla and other senior officers were present.
