Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will distribute ex-gratia assistance of Rs 605 crore under Mukhyamantri Jan-Kalyan Sambal Yojana 2.0 and Madhya Pradesh Building and Construction Workers Welfare Board from Mauganj in Rewa district on March 4.
The amount of ex-gratia assistance will be transferred to the accounts of 27 thousand 310 labour families of the state. Along with this, benefits will also be given to the beneficiaries of other schemes.
Chouhan discussed the outline of the programme with senior administrative officers of Rewa through video conference today.
Chouhan said that necessary preparations should be finalised to benefit the beneficiaries of various schemes in Mauganj.
The programme should be prestigious. Other bodies of the state should also be associated with the broadcast of the programme.
Collector Rewa said that development works costing Rs 704 crore 27 lakh will be inaugurated and Bhoomi Pujan will also be done.
Public representatives and citizens are also enthusiastic about the programme.
For the first time after independence, such an important programme from the point of view of public welfare organised in Mauganj. A development exhibition will also be organised at the venue. Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains and other senior officers were present.
