Ladli Laxmis will visit Wagah border.
The first journey will start on May 2 Maa Tujhe Pranam scheme started.
On the initiative of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, “Maa Tujhe Pranam” scheme has been re-launched in the state.
On May 2, under the scheme, 196 Ladli Laxmi girls will visit the International Border Wagah-Husainiwala (Punjab).
For the first time in this scheme started in the state from the year 2013, Ladli Laxmi girls of the state are going to Wagah border, will leave on May 2 by the train.
In the ‘Maa Tujhe Pranam’ scheme of Sports and Youth Welfare Department, 20 Ladli Laxmis from Bhopal division, 31 from Indore division, 15 from Gwalior division, 26 from Ujjain division, 11 from Narmadapuram division, 15 from Shahdol division, 12 from Rewa division, 9 from Chambal division, 26 from Sagar division, 31 girls from Jabalpur division will go on tour to Wagah-Husainiwala (Punjab).
So far, about 12672 girls, under the scheme, have toured Leh-Ladakh, Kargil-Drass, RS Pura, Wagah-Husainiwala, Tanot Mata Temple, Logenwal, Kochi, Bikaner, Badmer, Nathuram-Drass, Petrapole, Tura, Jaigaon,Andaman and Nicobar and Kanya Kumari. Under this selected girls are provided home travel fare, daily allowance, accommodation, food, local transport, rail reservation track suit, T-shirt and kit bag by the Sports and Youth welfare department
