Elderly pilgrims from Madhya Pradesh, who went on pilgrimage by plane for the first time in the country, shared their heartfelt feelings after returning from pilgrimage to the holy place Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh). They told that the Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has proved to the common poor elders that he is “Shravan Kumar of modern times” by taking them on pilgrimage by aeroplane. They said that this journey has been unique, unforgettable and enjoyable for all. While blessing CM Shri Chouhan, the elders said that may he live a long life but always remain Gadipati (Chief Minister). The aura on the foreheads of all the 32 pilgrims who returned to Raja Bhoj Airport Bhopal after taking a holy bath at the confluence of the holy Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati in Prayagraj and having darshan of Gods was showing their spiritual satisfaction. The family members of the pilgrims also looked happy.

CM Shri Chouhan made possible what was not even thought

Shri Prem Narayan Patel of Jat Khedi, who returned from pilgrimage, said emotionally that everything was beyond imagination. Used to see airplanes flying in the sky. Never thought that we would get to sit in it, but CM Shri Chouhan made it possible for us. We were made to travel to the biggest pilgrimage Prayagraj by aeroplane. At the age of 75, I saw the first Chief Minister who did such service to the poor. It is our blessing that he remains Chief Minister for life.

Many blessings to the Chief Minister

Siya Kumari Sharma of Kailash Nagar said that many blessings to the Chief Minister. Due to him the dream of taking a bath in Triveni Sangam could be fulfilled. We travelled by plane for the first time in our life. Got VIP treatment at the hotel. Gratitude to Chief Minister Chouhan for making such a wonderful pilgrimage without any hardship in a short time.

Moments of pilgrimage, priceless

These moments of life are very precious. They have become permanent in our memories. Mitthu Lal Mewada of Phanda said that we had never even thought that we shall get the fortune of going on pilgrimage. Many thanks to Chief Minister Chouhan.

Helper of the elderly, may he always be Gadipati

Gondermau’s Rajal Bai, who was looking happy and self-absorbed after undertaking the pilgrimage, described Chief Minister Chouhan as a helper to the elderly. Expressing her gratitude to the Chief Minister, she also blessed him to remain the Gadipati (Chief Minister) forever.

 A dip in Prayagraj also for the prosperity of the state

Santosh Kumar Gupta, an elderly pilgrim from Jahangirabad, told that the work of Chief Minister Chouhan for providing pilgrimage by air travel is very commendable. He has taken the ordinary people for darshan by taking them for an air journey. Appreciating this effort of the Chief Minister, people in Prayagraj also said that “your mama (Chief Minister) is very good”. Gupta said that along with wishing for the happiness and prosperity of the state, he also took a dip of good wishes for the Chief Minister and his family at the Sangam-sthal (confluence site).

May Shivraj be successful and rule

Shakuntala Bai of Barkheda Pathani happily said that Shivraj may live long, be successful and rule forever. She said that the Chief Minister has served from children to the elderly a lot. Taking care of everyone, plans have been made to make life easier.

Yatra may continue forever

Ram Prasad Chandauria of Chandbarh told that no government has conducted such a yatra. Mukhya Mantri Teerth Darshan Yatra should always continue like this. May our friends and relatives and religious people also undertake yatra according to their religion.

Along with Triveni Sangam had a darshan of Hanumangarhi

Tikaram Sen of Ronjhia expressed his gratitude to today’s Shravan Kumar and Chief Minister Chouhan that along with bathing in Triveni Sangam, he also got the privilege of having darshan at Hanumangarhi. The arrangements for the journey from Bhopal to Prayagraj were excellent, just like a son does for his elder.
