Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav calls for prompt, transparent, accountable and responsive governance should be ensured at every level.
Good governance is not just a word, we have to show it in action, he asks the officers.
Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the aim of our government is to change the lives of people by realizing the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas’, he told a meeting participated by the officers to implement the Sankalp Patra 2023-resolutions of new government.
The common people have expressed their trust in the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the process of development is continuing under his leadership, he said.
Our objective is to bring the goals of development and public welfare to the ground in line with the Resolution 2023, he said.
Ensure achievement of the target within the time limit by starting the work in mission mode to fulfill all promises, resolutions and declarations of all departments, he said.
Yadav was addressing a meeting organized in the ministry to provide guidance on the resolution letter of the newly formed government.
Chief Secretary Veera Rana along with all Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries, Heads of Departments and General Managers of various Corporation Divisions were present in the meeting.
Yadav said that all activities should be carried out in an environment of complete transparency, fairness and corruption. Good governance is paramount for the government. The goals of development and public welfare can be achieved through good governance.
Ten major parts of Sankalp Patra include strong women, prosperous farmers, tribal welfare, better education and youths empowerment, inclusive development, sound infrastructure, progressive economy and industrial development, good governance and law and order, and cultural heritage and developed tourism, he said.
This resolution is the government’s vision document for the next five years. Initiate immediate action in the implementation of all departments, their respective subjects.
In the implementation of the resolutions, separate budget provision is required, in this regard, immediately discuss with the Finance Department to ensure the availability of the necessary budget and in case of difficulty, ensure immediate coordination with the Chief Secretary.
Any inquiry into the existing process of implementing resolutions requiring ethical decision-making should be brought before the Cabinet for approval as soon as possible, he said.
Implementation and monitoring will be done by the Chief Secretary
Regular monitoring of the effective implementation of the announcements of Sankalp Patra-2023 will be done at the Chief Secretary level, he said.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said if there is any problem in the implementation of the points given in the resolution and in meeting the target within the time frame, then the matter should be brought to the notice of the Chief Minister immediately.
