According to the Ministry of Home Affairs’ Recruitment Scheme, the Central Reserve Police Force will hold an open examination for the position of Assistant Commandant (Civil/ Engineer) (MHA).
According to an official statement, the CRPF is accepting applications for 25 Assistant Commandant (Civil/Engineer) positions. Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test, Written Examination, Documentation, Detailed Medical Examination, and Interview would be part of the recruitment process.
The posts carry Dearness Allowance, HRA, Ration Money, Dress Allowance, Transportation Allowance, and any other CRPF allowances that are available from time to time.

- A candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university in India incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature, or other educational institutions that have been established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be universities under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
- Candidates who do not have the required educational qualifications will be disqualified.
- Candidates who are selected for recruitment may be sent to any location in India or abroad.
- Ex-servicemen from the respective group are eligible for 10% of the openings.
- If ex-servicemen vacancies remain empty due to a lack of eligible or competent candidates, the vacancies will be filled by non-ex-servicemen candidates of the corresponding category.
Age restriction: The candidate must be under the age of 35.
Exam fee: Male candidates from the Unreserved/EWS/OBC categories must pay Rs 400 as an examination fee.
Female candidates and aspirants from SC/ST do not have to pay any fees.
