Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan presented scooties to 100 Divyangjans at the National Youth Day programme at Prestige Management and Research College on Thursday.
Chief Minister Chouhan said Chalo Deep Jalaye Wahan Jahan Abhi Bhi Andhera Hai (let’s light a lamp where it is still dark). Efforts will be made to serve every Divyanjan in the state. This scooty is not only a means of transport but can also become a means of livelihood.
Appreciating this innovative initiative of the district administration, Chief Minister Chouhan instructed all the collectors that if any son or daughter is orphan, then make arrangements for education and accommodation for them.

Chief Minister Chouhan welcomed Divyang Bulbul Panjre, who is the cleanliness ambassador of Indore, by presenting her with a bouquet. He said how the daughter can welcome me, I will welcome the daughter. In the programme, Smt. Janaki Bai Rawat shared the experience of life’s helplessness in the absence of a scooty and then making a significant contribution to earning a living by getting a scooty.
