The CBI took the investigation into the business scam three years ago. Now, in his investigation, there is no solid evidence against Madhya Pradesh’s former Chief Minister, Uma Bharti, which proves that he had any kind of involvement in this matter.
According to media reports, the opinion of the investigators in this case is different. But the seniors intervened and removed the illusion of everyone. Explain that Uma Bharti was the only person who said in the year 2014 that the business scam is bigger than the fodder scam.
After this he had put pressure on the CBI to hand over the investigation of this case to the CBI. In the same year, the state Congress accused her of joining the scam. They had accused her of misleading people on the opposition by giving a strong reaction to the matter. Bharti said that the Leader of the Opposition is involved in this scandal so that they can misguide the innocent people.
On November 23, the CBI had filed a chargesheet in the court of Special Judge DP Mishra against 592 accused, including four former officials of the business, in the scam in the Medical Entrance Examination PMT -2012 in Madhya Pradesh.
The CBI’s charge sheet, which was presented in the court, also included names of four former officials of the business. In the list of accused, Pankaj Trivedi, then the then Director of Business, was registered with the then senior system analyst Nitin Mohindra, the then Deputy System Analyst Ajay Kumar Sen and then programmer CK Mishra.
