The Special Court, CBI Cases, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) has sentenced Braj Mohan Gupta, then Manager (Tech), NHAI, MU- Shivpuri to undergo 04 years Imprisonment with fine of Rs. 5000.
The CBI had registered the instant case on 16.05.2014 against Braj Mohan Gupta, then Manager (Tech), NHAI, MU- Shivpuri on a complaint.
It was alleged that Braj Mohan Gupta demanded bribe of Rs. 4000 from the Complainant for continuing his job in NHAI as Computer Operator and not to remove from the service of NHAI.
CBI had laid a trap and caught the accused red handed while demanding & accepting bribe of Rs. 4000/- from the Complainant.
After investigation, a charge sheet was filed on 07.11.2014 against the accsued.
The Trial Court found the said accused guilty and convicted him.
