Results of the local Gujarat body poll: Today there are counts of votes for polls in 81 municipalities, 31 panchayats in the district and 231 taluka panchayats in Gujarat. The elections were held in 3-way elections of 58.82 per cent of the municipalities, 65.80 per cent of the municipalities, 66.60 per cent of the municipalities that were witnesses to a BJP-Congress-AAP election. 8,235 of 8,474 seats were held, as candidates were unopposed in 237 seats. Polls were held.
