In the meeting of Bharatiya Kisan Sangh held in CM House Mamtva Bhavan with Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, issues like transfer of Jabalpur Pea Mandi, registration of Girdawari of peas, purchase of millets at MSP in tribal areas, revenue, settlement, 14 hours of electricity for agriculture, purchase of paddy at Rs 3100 per quintal etc. were discussed. All India Publicity Chief of Kisan Sangh from Mahakoshal province, Raghvendra Singh Patel put forward the demand before Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and Chief Secretary Anurag Jain to transfer Jabalpur Pea Mandi outside the city and register the Girdawari of peas selected under One District One Product. Mr. Patel said that due to the purchase of peas in Jabalpur Krishi Upaj Mandi, both farmers and city dwellers have to face traffic problems. Therefore, the pea market should be shifted out of the city.

Along with this, Patel informed the Chief Minister about the lack of Girdawari of peas selected in One District One Product and said that due to lack of Girdawari of peas, the production of peas is recorded as zero in the government records.

Whereas peas are produced in sixty thousand hectares including the area of ​​Jabalpur and surrounding districts.

Due to lack of Girdawari, farmers are not able to get the benefit of crop insurance in case of loss due to natural disaster.

Due to zero production being recorded in the government records, no investor is coming to set up an industry in the field of food processing.

Due to lack of local pea processing industry, farmers are bearing the brunt of selling peas at low prices.

In the discussion of the office bearers of Bharatiya Kisan Sangh with Chief Minister Dr. Yadav and senior officials, land acquisition, partition, mutation, correction of entries, crop cutting experiments at regional level, increase in the number of machines for demarcation work, acceptance of relinquishment by the Registrar on a stamp of Rs. 100, nature of duties of RI and Patwari, role of cooperative institutions, arrangement of fertilizers, control on the sale of substandard milk, arrangement of weighing scales, creation of a separate category for women porters, arrangement of large electronic weighing scales in the big farmer produce markets of the state, role and cooperation of the Water Resources Department in agricultural inputs and production in the state were also discussed.

The government is farmer friendly

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the government has taken many important decisions in the interest of farmers.

The festival of purchase of soybean on support price will be celebrated in the entire state along with Govardhan Puja.

Along with this, information about decisions of farmer welfare and beneficial schemes for farmers will also be given in the presence of public representatives and farmers.

The Chief Minister said that the State Government is fully alert for the welfare of farmers. Farmer-friendly decisions will be taken continuously, and regular dialogue will also be held with the farmers.

Revenue related works will be made easy

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that efforts are being made to make other works related to revenue of farmers easy. It was told in the meeting that 3.96 lakh applicants have benefited from the resolution of death transfer and other cases.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that instead of giving money to the farmers for the use of their land for various projects, the suggestion of making them partners in the project will also be considered.

Along with this, the use of drone survey will also be increased to resolve various complaints related to settlement work. The method of maintaining traditional paths of the fields will also be developed.

Farmers should adopt solar plants

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that along with thermal power, the use of solar energy is being continuously increased in the state.

Madhya Pradesh is continuously moving forward in the field of new and renewable energy.

If solar energy is used by farmers, they will be fully encouraged. Solar power plants are also being used in agriculture.

Solar energy is being seen as an important solution. Industrial institutions are being encouraged to use solar pumps in agriculture and also in the industry sector to generate their own electricity.
