Akash, the eldest son of Mukesh Ambani, the country’s richest industrialist, may get married to Shloka Mehta in December this year. Although the two families have refused to comment on this, the sources say that on March 24 both of them can be engaged.
Significantly, Shloka is the daughter of diamond businessman Russell Mehta. Ambani and Mehta family are very close to each other. Akash and Shloka have studied together in Dhirubhai Ambani International School. It is not surprising that there was no reply to the emails sent to Ambani family and Reliance Industries about this matter. Close sources of the family say that there is no fixed date for marriage of Akash and Shloka. Emails sent to Mehta’s company, Rosy Blue, and its spokesman also did not answer about it. Shloka is the director of Rosy Blue Foundation.
Shloka studied Anthropology from Princeton University after completing studies from Dhirubhai Ambani International School in 2009. After this, she obtained a master’s degree in law from thetLondon School of Economics and Political Science. Since July 2014, she is the Director of the Rosy Blue Foundation. Rachel and Mona Mehta have three children.
