Raipur, Chhatisgarh. With the emergence of AIIMS in Raipur, the people of the state hoped that they would not only be given good treatment but also in the name of treatment would be protected from the open loot of private hospitals. But it is not being possible.
Despite the recruitment of doctors in AIIMS, neither patients are being properly treated nor are doctors being stable. Within a few days of joining, the doctor, working in here, resigned and started working in private hospitals in Raipur itself. For this, the management of AIIMS is being held responsible.
Neurologist, pediatrician, Orthopedic Surgeon, CTVS Surgeon, Anesthesiologist, was featured in AIIMS Raipur. But most doctors left AIIMS for a few days and went to other private hospitals. This is exactly the status of the doctors posted in plastic surgery and burn unit.
Doctors in both the units did the job and went on walking after seeing the hospital environment. He also handed his resignation to AIIMS. It is said that the surgeon posted in the burn unit was upset that patients were being referred to private hospitals on the instructions of management.
It is now a matter of fact that There is a big shortage of doctors in plastic surgery and burn unit. All cases of burn unit are being referred directly to private hospitals. The patients who are admitted here are being left on their own condition by the AIIMS management.
According to Ajay Dani, superintendent of AIIMS Raipur, doctors were recruited in the burn and plastic unit. He was also working according to the setup, but suddenly he quit the job. According to him, an advertisement has been released for recruitment of doctors. However, Doctor Ajay Dani did not tell why after all the doctors are leaving jobs after joining.
After inaugurating the AIIMS in Raipur, not just Chhattisgarh but patients of the border state Jharkhand, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra also come here for treatment. In this case, the presence of doctors in this institution and a good environment is very important here.
AIIMS management will have to look after it. It is also being told that due to the good treatment of patients in AIIMS, the future of private hospitals was in danger. Therefore, this institute is targeted to be weaken by a gang of doctors under a well-thought-out strategy.
