New Delhi: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reached New Delhi on Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi broke the protocol and welcomed him at the airport. PM Modi embraced Netanyahu warmly. As soon as Netanyahu and his wife Sara stepped on the red carpet at the airport, Prime Minister Narendra Modi smiled and embraced Netanyahu and joined hands with his wife. The Congress has ridiculed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for it.

When Netanyahu reached India, the Prime Minister’s Office tweeted, “Special reception for special journey. Modi personally welcomed the Israeli Prime Minister on the Delhi airport.” There will be bilateral talks between Netanyahu and Modi on Monday, after which many agreements are expected to be signed.
