Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has stated that we are all accountable to the public, and our duty is fulfilled only when we carry out our responsibilities in a timely manner.
Negligence in governmental work will not be tolerated. A thorough review of work in this area will be conducted in all districts.
Employees and officials who perform well will be encouraged, while those responsible for delays or negligence will face action.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav made these remarks during the Samadhan Online program held at the Ministry.
He discussed selected public issues from 12 districts and provided necessary guidelines. Dr. Yadav also ordered the suspension of 11 officials and employees.
Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain and senior officials from the relevant departments were present.
Pending cases to be resolved through a time-bound campaign
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed a statewide intensive campaign to resolve public issues. He emphasized the need to create an environment at the grassroots level where people can fearlessly present their concerns and complaints to competent authorities.
Cases related to development, public welfare, and essential services should be addressed in a time-bound manner at the district level through dedicated campaigns, with monitoring at both district and state levels.
Establishing a responsive administration remains a top priority, ensuring field-level staff accountability, sensitivity, and alertness in effectively addressing public issues. Errors at the departmental level will not be overlooked.
All districts to follow SOPs issued by Police Headquarters
In response to a complaint from Durga Prasad of Raisen district regarding irregularities in the electricity bill, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav ordered the suspension of the General Manager of the Electricity Company.
The department had already resolved the complaint. In another case from Khandwa district, related to the delay in registering an FIR and taking timely action in connection with the disappearance of Prempuri’s daughter, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav expressed displeasure.
It was reported that the sub-inspector responsible for negligence in this case has been suspended, while show-cause notices have been issued to the SDOP and TI, with further action to be taken by headquarters.
An investigation is underway by the Additional Superintendent of Police, and the missing girl has been located and reunited with her family.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav instructed a campaign to resolve similar cases across the state and ensure compliance with SOPs issued by Police Headquarters.
In response to a complaint from Anil Damor of Jhabua district regarding delays in payments under the Kapildhara Well Construction Scheme, the Panchayat Secretary was suspended, and a show-cause notice was issued to the relevant Chief Executive Officer and Accountant.
Government employees should be sensitive toward the poor and underprivileged
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav instructed the suspension of the branch head and clerk in response to a complaint from student Ajay of Ashoknagar regarding delays in the scholarship provided by the Scheduled Caste Welfare Department and issued a show-cause notice to the District Coordinator.
Dr. Yadav emphasized the importance of timely scholarship disbursement to students from poor and underprivileged backgrounds and urged proactive action.
In Samadhan Online, necessary directives were issued in cases like delay in loans and grants for Hari Singh from Alirajpur, technology university matters for Manvendra Pratap from Bhopal, Sambal Yojana cases for Rameshwar from Sidhi, payment for gram procurement for Jelu Singh from Jabalpur, National Disability Pension Scheme for Jagdish from Bhind, compensation for wildlife damage for Shri Bharat Singh from Barwani, and urban development cases for Kuldeep from Chhatarpur.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav appreciated the efforts of officials who performed well in resolving public grievances.
Districts that demonstrated excellent performance included Katni, Vidisha, Sehore, Singrauli, and Sagar.
Similarly, departments showing outstanding performance—Energy, Panchayat and Rural Development, Urban Development and Housing, Public Health Engineering, and Home—were also praised.
