Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav at the Rewa Industry Conclave (RIC), held one-to-one discussions with prominent industrialists, focusing on new opportunities for industrial development and investment in Madhya Pradesh.

He emphasized that following the RIC, Rewa is poised to become a key industrial hub in the state, with the government committed to providing full support to the industrial sector.

The state has strengthened its industry-friendly policies to accelerate investment, fostering rapid economic growth.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla, MSME Minister Chaitanya Kashyap, Chief Secretary Anurag Jain, and Principal Secretary for Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Raghavendra Kumar Singh.

Managing Director and CEO of Dalmia Cement, Shri Puneet Dalmia informed Chief Minister Dr. Yadav about setting-up a cement plant and new mining project in the state. He explained his action plan for promoting green energy and waste management.

Director of Siddharth Infratech (Greenco), Madhusudan Konda informed about the project of setting up pumped hydro storage plants in Rewa and Panna districts, stating the immense potential in the field of renewable energy in the state.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav appreciated this project of investment by Konda.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav to S. Goenka Group MD Anand Goenka told about the plan to set up a clinker plant under the mining sector.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav assured them that additional land allocation, single window permissions, and capital assistance will be provided by the government for this project.

Discussing the opportunities for the development of the petrochemical industry, BPCL CGM Kapil Rajoria informed about the plan to set up a petroleum storage and distribution depot in Singrauli district.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav assured them that the land and connectivity issues for the access road to the distribution depot would be resolved.

Shri Naresh Goyal, Managing Director of Rama Group, informed about his projects in the manufacturing sector.

He said that this project will provide direct and indirect employment opportunities to more than 2000 people.

Star Group Chairman Ramesh Singh gave information to Chief Minister Dr. Yadav regarding the compressed biogas plant to reduce carbon emissions from the point of view of environmental protection. In this sequence, Reliance Bio Energy Business Head Harindra K. Tripathi, Digendra Rathore, CEO, Solar AMC, and Bachha Prasad, Cluster Head, Mahan Energy Limited, Adani Group also shared views on the possibilities in the renewable energy sector.

Atul Mehrotra, Director of Mehrotra Buildcon Private Limited, appreciated the industrial policy of the state government and shared his plans for the development of the food processing industry. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also encouraged them to prepare Shree Anna products in the food processing industry.

KJS Cement Director K.S. Singhvi told his plan for the expansion of the cement industry in Maihar and discussed financial assistance and land allotment for it.

Rajendra Kabra, Chief Operation Officer Manufacturing – Central Cluster, Aditya Birla Ultratech discussed about the investment.

Siddharth Shukla, Director of Vastek Inc., presented his plans in the IT and Semiconductor sector and expressed his desire to bring representatives of Data Centers and Global Capability Centers being operated in America to the Global Investors Summit to be held in February 2025 in Bhopal.

Balaji Wafers MP Head Sameer Patar while praising RIC said that this conclave under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will prove to be a milestone in the development of the Vindhya region. Patar informed them about the immense possibilities in the food processing sector in the state.

Prateek Gola, CEO, of Sudarshan Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and Santosh Kamble, MD, Wizcraft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. talked about the role of their companies in the manufacturing industry.

Sanjay Chauhan, Director of Shiv Shakti Construction Limited and Ajit Samdaria, Director of Samdaria Builders shared their plans in the field of infrastructure development. In the same sequence, Vidya Chamber of Commerce President Santosh Kumar Sukheja discussed with Chief Minister Dr. Yadav on behalf of the Industries Association. Apart from this, Chaitanya Sharma, a representative of Anuraj Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. showed interest in investing in the field of hospitality management.
