Horticulture Department has made available online information of more than 300 nurseries on e-nursery portal.
Through this, buying and selling of plants can be done easily.
This is a new initiative of Madhya Pradesh government in the direction of nursery management and plant marketing, which is being highly appreciated.
Director Horticulture S.B. Singh said that e-nursery portal is an important step towards technical improvement in horticulture sector, which is not only providing better services to farmers, but its contribution in horticulture development of the state is also commendable.
He said that complete information of all the nurseries of the department has become available on e-nursery portal, which includes plant wise stock report, nursery wise stock report, plant sales report and other important information.
Farmers and garden lovers have got easy access to nurseries through e-nursery portal.
Singh informed that recognition, rating certification and detailed information of departmental nurseries have also been made available on the portal.
Through which the quality and authenticity of nurseries can be confirmed.
Through this portal, transparency and ease of management and marketing of all infrastructure of nurseries is being ensured.
