Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla has instructed to complete the necessary formalities for recruitment process of the sanctioned posts in the Health Department instantly.
The examination for the sanctioned post has been conducted by Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board.
He instructed to prioritze resolving the issues of departmental co-ordination to release their final results.
Deputy Chief Minister Shukla today took a meeting regarding recruitments to vacant posts of Health Department in Mantralaya.
Health department staff should work with spirit of service
The deputy Chief minister emphasized the significance of a service-oriented approach, highlighting the crucial role of health officer and paramedical staff play in the state’s healthcare system for the well-being of the entire state.
He directed that in matters related to departmental co-ordination, the concerned officers should establish regular contact and ensure resolving the issues.
The deputy Chief minister asked the Staff Selection Board to release the results of 2576 posts of ANM, 140 posts of Radiographer, 265 posts of Lab Technician and 472 posts of Pharmacist Grade-2, a total of 3453 posts soon.
Send demand for newly approved posts soon
Deputy Chief Minister Shukla directed to immediately send the demands regarding the newly approved posts to the Public Service Commission and the Staff Selection Board, so that the recruitment process can be completed quickly.
It may be noted that demand is to be sent to the Public Service Commission for recruitment to 441 posts of specialist, 470 posts of medical officer and 156 posts of dentist which includes the backlog and newly sanctioned posts.
The deputy Chief minister apprised himself about the current situation regarding the appointment of health staff posts, nursing staff and paramedical staff to be recruited by NHM and issued necessary instructions.
Additional Chief Secretary Health Mohd. Suleman, Additional Chief Secretary and Chairman Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board Malay Srivastava, Commissioner Health Dr. Sudam Khade, Mission Director NHM Priyanka Das, Director Staff Selection Board Shanmukh Priya Mishra, Director Health Dinesh Srivastava and senior departmental officers were present.
