The BHEL of Bhopal became the center of attraction in the four-day state level science fair organized at Dussehra Ground.
The stall full of various information of. M.P. Transco (Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company) has received the second prize in the category of government sector stall.
On behalf of MP Transco, Superintending Engineer S.K. Dubey, Rajesh Shandilya, D.S. Bisen, R.C. Sharma, Executive Engineer Atul Nabar, AK Srivastava, Assistant Engineer Ashish Jain received this award at the closing ceremony of this state level science fair in Bhopal. State Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar has congratulated MP Transco on getting the second prize in the science fair.
On the inauguration day, State Medical Education, Bhopal Gas Tragedy, Relief and Rehabilitation Minister Vishwas Sarang and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Science and Technology Minister Omprakash Sakhlecha also Visited M.P.Transco’s stall and saw various models and also appreciated them. Apart from this, students, especially engineering students, showed special enthusiasm during the visit to the fair.
MP. Transco officials informed them about the transmission network and working style of power Transmission system in state along with related technical information.
MP. Transco has displayed gas insulated substation with model of transmission lines, optical fiber cables, working model of optical fiber, online SCADA, online camera display of GIS substation, fault locator, conventional air insulated substation along with multi circuit transmission lines and substations. Various equipment used were presented in the form of models in the fair. Apart from this, through various graphics, posters etc. Transco’s achievements and various information were also presented..
