The Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today had lively interactions with the villagers in Gram Sabha at Mordongri village of Ghoradongri development block of Betul district.
During the Gram Sabha, Chouhan presented certificates to the beneficiaries of Ladli Laxmi Yojana, Kumari Srishti and Darshima and letters of scholarship to Kumari Geetika, Rashmi and Khushi under Ladli Lakshmi Scholarship Scheme.
Chouhan also talked to children Avneesh, Lakshmi and Karthik. He also presented food baskets to Kalavati, Babli and Kritika.
Chouhan Visits Manto Bai’s residence
Chief Minister Chouhan visited Manto Bai’s residence built under the newly created Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana where he had dinner. Manto Bai was overjoyed to have found the Chief Minister in her house.
Chouhan inaugurated the newly constructed residence of Manto Bai.
Expressing happiness, Manto Bai informed the Chief Minister that gas connection has also been given free of cost under Ujjwala Yojana and her granddaughter Mehak is also getting the benefit of Ladli Laxmi Yojana.
Along with this, free food grains are also available every month under the Annapurna scheme. Manto Bai also tied a rakhi to Chief Minister Chouhan.
Chouhan gave individual forest land title to Kaliram, Shivshankar and Bastiram. He distributed community forest land titles to the Gram Sabha of the villagers of Kolgaon, Chhatarpur and Salaiya.
Chouhan also had discussion with the members of PESA Samiti, Matri Sahyogini Samiti and self-help groups.
Member of Parliament Durgadas Uike, MLA Amla Yogesh Pandagre and a large number of villagers were present.
