Chief Minister Chouhan greeted by Forest Minister Dr. Shah
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan congratulated the cabinet colleagues on Madhya Pradesh once again becoming a Tiger State.
The Chief Minister said that Madhya Pradesh having the maximum number of 785 tigers in the country is a huge achievement of the state.
For this achievement made under the leadership of Chief Minister Chouhan, Forest Minister Dr. Kunwar Vijay Shah greeted him by presenting a bouquet.
The Chief Minister also congratulated the members of the Cabinet Ministers for the increase in the state’s “Per Capita Income” and decline in the number of poor.
In his address before the Cabinet Meeting Chief Minister Chouhan said that as a result of the schemes and programmes run by the Central and State Government, the income of the people of the state has increased and poverty is also decreasing in the state.
“Per capita income” in the state has become Rs. 1 lakh 40 thousand per year, which used to be only Rs. 11 thousand in the year 2003. Approximately 1 crore 25 thousand people have come above the poverty line in the state. These are the figures of Government of India based on facts.
There has been an increase in the income of every class in the state and poverty has reduced.
The state government is running public welfare schemes. Along with this, development activities are also going on speedly. Vikas Parv is going on in the state.
There will be no shortage of resources and money for any activity of development and public welfare.
The meeting of the Cabinet Ministers, chaired by Chief Minister Shri Chouhan, began with the recitation of Vande Mataram.
