Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that there is a healthy environment for industries and investment in Madhya Pradesh. The state government endevours to co-operate and welcome the industries.
Chief Minister Chouhan said this to the representatives of Techfab India, Gulshan Polyols and Greenko Group who came to meet him at Mantralaya. Chief Minister Chouhan was called on by Anant Kanoi, Managing Director of Techfab India, Arushi Jain of Gulshan Polyols and Shri Anil Chalmalsetty, Managing Director of Greenko Group.
In a meeting with Chief Minister Chouhan, Anant Kanoi of Techfab India said that his company, specializing in textile engineering and engineering fabrication, is willing to set-up a unit of material useful in road construction on plug and play basis at Mandideep with an investment of Rs 100 crore. The group also wants to set-up a warehousing unit near Bhopal.
Gulshan Polyols keen to set-up chemical manufacturing unit at Narsinghpur
Chief Minister Chouhan was informed by Sushri Arushi Jain of Gulshan Polyols that her industry group, which has been manufacturing special chemicals from grains and minerals for 40 years, has a distillery plant in Chhindwara with a turnover of Rs 1,200 crore. Gulshan Polyols is keen to set-up a chemical manufacturing unit in the state with an investment of Rs 200 crore, which will create employment opportunities for more than one thousand people. The group has identified land in Narsinghpur district for the unit. Shri Anil Chalmalsetty of Greenko Group, working in the field of renewable energy, discussed with the Chief Minister about increasing the capacity of the 1920 MW pumped storage project set up in Neemuch district with an investment of Rs 10,000 crore.
