Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that those who are centenarians become like gods.
Late Maharaj Singh Dangi was a pious soul and completed 103 years of age. He had become like a god. May his blessings be with his family and all of us, this is my prayer to God.
Chief Minister Chouhan today took part in the Shanti Sabha of Late Maharaj Singh Dangi, father of social worker Toran Singh Dangi. Chief Minister Chouhan paid tributes to Late Dangi on behalf of himself and the people of the state. Late Dangi’s family members and dignitaries of the city were present.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that Indian tradition, Sanatan Sanskriti says that the body is mortal, but the soul is immortal. Weapons cannot pierce through the soul, fire cannot burn it, water cannot wet it, wind cannot dry it. The soul is evergreen-immortal, indestructible, eternal, timeless, everlasting. Sachchidananda is the real form of the soul.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that whenever I used to meet Shri Maharaj Singh ji, he used to shower blessings. He led a very successful life. As the sarpanch of the village, he got many works done. When the village needed it, he donated his own land. His works done as Sarpanch are remembered till date. He was a social worker, I bow down at his feet.
