The meeting of the Council of Ministers, chaired by Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, began at Mantralaya with the singing of Vande Mataram. Before the meeting of the Council of Ministers, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that today is an important day for the state, from today the Chief Minister’s Learn-Earn scheme is being implemented in the state. This scheme will infuse new enthusiasm, hope and confidence in the youth. This is a unique experiment of the country, under the scheme, 8 to 10 thousand rupees will be made available to the youth per month. This is a big initiative in itself, through this the youth will learn work and it is expected that most of the youth will get employment in the work learning institute itself.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that industries, companies and service sector are enthusiastically joining this scheme. The state will once again create a new history in the direction of preparing skilled manpower and youth for employment. Surely this scheme will instill new confidence in the youth. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan congratulated all the members of the Council of Ministers for the ambitious plan.
