The CBI Special court Vyapam Cases), Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) has sentenced Amit Alok & Satish Maurya (both impersonators) to undergo seven years Rogorous Imprisonment with fine of Rs.8000 each in a case related to Police Constable Recruitment Test-2013 conducted by Vyapam.
The CBI had registered a case on 13.08.2015 on the Orders of Supreme Court of India and taken over the investigation of Crime No.5/2015, earlier registered on 02.03.2015 by STF, Bhopal against the accused and other unknown persons on the allegations of fraud in Police Constables Recruitment Test-2013.

The STF Bhopal had earlier filed 03 chargesheets in 2015 against the accused.

Two accused were absconding.
During further investigation, CBI traced absconding accused/suspects. After investigation, two supplementary chargesheets were filed on 19.10.2016 & 29.11.2017 against the accused including Candidate, Impersonator etc.
The Trial Court found the five accused Jitendra Singh Sengar, Satendra Sengar, Keshav Singh Baderiya (all 03 candidates) and Amit Alok & Satish Maurya(both impersonators) guilty and convicted them. Jitendra Singh Sengar, Satendra Sengar, Keshav Singh Baderiya (all 03 candidates) were not present in the Court, hence, the Court could not pronounce sentence to them. The Court has issued NBWs against them.
