Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Sunday provided land rights letters of residential land to 115 eligible beneficiaries of Sali village in Gandhwani tehsil of Dhar district.

He along with the beneficiaries, had his meal traditionally served in earthen glass, dona, and pattal.

The Chief Minister said that members have increased in the families. Families with grown children need housing. Hence we have decided to give a residential land rights letter to every poor family for housing.

Today the members of such families were given pattas of residential land. Now no poor will remain deprived in M.P. The citizens of the tribal community of Sali village gave the Chief Minister a traditional welcome with enthusiasm and gaiety by wearing fefariya and dholagia etc..

Bhaiyya ke len man laddu banaya…….’ Chief Minister Chouhan sat amidst them and listened the song and also presented sarees to them.

4012 eligible poor in the district got residential land rights letters

Chouhan and Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal provided pattas of 600 square feet of residential land to Sakharam-wife Kalibai, Sohan-Ushabai, Arjun Singh-Phulbai and Faatu’s father Kalsingh under the Mukhyamantri Awasiya Bhu Adhikar Yojana.

Under the scheme, leases of residential land have been approved for 4012 beneficiaries in the Dhar district.
