When the responsibility of the Instrumentation Limited company, functioning under the Union Ministry of Heavy Industries, was handed over to Dr. RH Lata as an Independent Director, then the intention of the BJP high command was also to take it to the heights of success.
Senior BJP leader and former member of MP Child Rights Protection Commission Dr. RH Lata was given this responsibility, she took this company to new heights and make it success with immense cooperation of the employees and officers, now there is no scope remain to look back to the past.
Dr. Lata was made an independent director of Instrumentation Limited Company, working under the Union Ministry of Heavy Industries, by the central leadership of BJP that handed over an important responsibility a year and a half ago to her.
When Dr. Lata got the responsibility of the company, one unit of the company’s located in Kota-Rajasthan was shut down. There was a shortage of employees in the company and there was no pay revision since 2017. The turnover of the company was very low.
But today the situation has completely changed after Dr. Lata took over the charge of Independent Director.
Dr. Lata is proud to say ‘I am feeling very happy to tell that I have got success in completely eliminating all these problems of the company’. Pay revision has been implemented giving relief to the employees of the company. Along with this, the number of employees has also been increased in the company. The employees and officers have also been promoted in the company. Today the company is self-reliant after all the liabilities are overcome, the company is completely self-sufficient.
Emphasis will be given on export of products
Dr. Lata told in a move to increase the turnover, emphasis will be given to promote within India and export the control valves and other processing industrial valves made in the Instrumentation Limited company, a Government of India undertaking. Now valves manufactured in India will be used worldwide.
The path became easier with the cooperation of officers and employees
The officers and employees of the company, along with the independent director worked hard to uplift and move forward the Instrumentation Limited company, a Government of India undertaking.
Today its result is also visible. Independent Director, Instrumentation Limited, Dr. Lata’s, OSD Rohit Srivastava’s untiring efforts and efficient management of the company, CMD B Balasubramaniam and GM PK Vashist with the immense cooperation, the process of exporting these valves to countries like United States of America, Russia, China, Middle East etc. has been started.
