The bus going from Sagar to Jaisinagar met with an accident near village Sarkhadi in which 27 passengers were injured on Tuesday morning.
The injured were admitted to Sagar District Hospital Tili for treatment. Revenue and Transport Minister Govind Singh Rajput on received the information about the bus accident and many passengers are injured rushed to the hospital and sought details of their health from the doctors.
Rajput instructed the RTO to investigate the accident and cancel the permit of the bus.
He said strict action will be taken who are responsible for the accident. Rajput said such incidents are sad. The transport department periodically carries checks of the vehicles, he said.
He prayed for speedy recovery of the injured persons.
