Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the programmes of Police and Irrigation Department to be held in Balaghat on February 22 should be well organized.

The booklet of PESA rules will be released in the programme. Along with this, development works worth Rs 677 crore will be dedicated and bhoomi pujan will be performed.

People from 55 villages will participate in the programme along with the Jal Yatra.

Distribution of benefits

Chief Minister Chouhan will perform bhoomi-pujan and dedicate various development works worth Rs 246 crore along with distribution of benefits in the programme to be held on February 22 in Seoni. The Chief Minister today sought information about the preparations for the programme through video conferencing.

The Chief Minister said that there should be a good and systematic programme. Ladli Bahna Path will be named in the programme by the Forest Department.

There will be an exhibition of various departments. Mahuaprash made by the Small Forest Produce Association will be launched.

The programme will be inaugurated by lighting the lamp and with kanya pujan. 50 thousand people including a large number of women will take part.

CM Chouhan will hold talks with G-20 representatives in Khajuraho

Chief Minister Chouhan also sought information about the preparations for the programme to be held in Khajuraho on February 22 through video conference.

Adivart Museum will be inaugurated in Khajuraho on this day. The exhibition will be held at the Maharaja Chhatrasal Convention Center. The Chief Minister will hold discussions with the G-20 representatives at Hotel Radisson.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the Culture Department should make serious preparations for the programme so that it is systematic. He said that 2000 artists will take part in the programme.

They will be felicitated. Foreign delegates will participate in the cultural programme. He told to invite people to the event. The programme should touch everyone’s heart. Chief Minister Chouhan will stay in Khajuraho for the night.
