Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the program to release cheetahs on February 18 in Kuno Palpur Sanctuary should be systematic and better. He said that this would boost employment and tourism in the state. Chief Minister Chouhan was taking information about the preparations for the Cheetah Project at the residence office, Samatva Bhawan.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that he will also talk to Cheetah friends. Chief Minister Chouhan said to follow the rules issued regarding cheetahs. There should not be much crowd in the program, there should be a limited number of people. He also inquired about the health of the cheetahs. The Chief Minister gave necessary instructions for infrastructure development. He told the officers of the district administration and forest department that long term planning should be done and presented. Additional Chief Secretary Forest Shri J.N. Officers of the Forest Department along with Consotia were present.
