Researchers from a study of the Technical University of Madrid said that women who exercise regularly during pregnancy do not have to endure labour for a long period of time. Experts have studied the statistics of 508 women from the first quarter for this study. Half of these women were advised to exercise for three hours a week. Other half women were given antenatal consultation.
Experts have seen relationships in periods of childbirth and regular exercise at the time of childbirth. Experts said that the muscles of women doing regular exercise are able to make full contribution to the delivery process. They said that the results of this study will be encouraged for regular pregnancies for pregnant women. This study has been published in New Scientist magazine.
