The Industrialists from three different companies paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Wednesday.

The Industrialists informed Chief Minister Chouhan about investment proposals in Madhya Pradesh. Among those who visited were Riju Jhunjhunwala, CMD, LNJ Bhilwara Group, Siddharth Bindra, MD, M/s Biba Fashion Pvt Ltd and Sameer Mehta, Chairman, M/s Torrent Power Ltd Gujarat.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that be sure to set up industries in the state, the state government will give full cooperation for investment. He said that Madhya Pradesh has to be taken forward in the field of industries. I invite industrialists to invest in the state.

Riju Jhunjhunwala, CMD of M/s LNJ Bhilwara Group informed that Rs. 1200 crore will be invested by M/s HEG Limited in the state, which will provide employment to one thousand people.

It is proposed to set up a cotton yarn manufacturing unit in the textiles sector by M/s RSWM Ltd., with an investment of Rs.800 crore. This will provide employment to 1200 people.

Siddharth Bindra, MD of M/s Biba Fashion Pvt Ltd said that the group proposes to set up a garment unit in Dhar district. Rs 117 crore will be spent on this. This will provide employment to 3 thousand people.

Sameer Mehta, Chairman of M/s Torrent Power Limited, said that the company has proposed to set up two units of pump storages in Chhindwara and Indore districts of the state. Rs 7500 crore will be spent on these and 500 people will get employment.
