The ‘Most Film Friendly State’ Madhya Pradesh has become a prime destination for filmmakers on the basis of quick and transparent system of film shooting.
The second season of web series Maharani starring Huma Qureshi has been shot in the state. Now the third season of the series will also be shot in Madhya Pradesh.
Recently, at the India Television Academy Awards in Mumbai, actress Qureshi was given the title of Best Actress for Web Series.
Expressing happiness on the award, the producer of the series Naren Kumar said that he is very happy that Qureshi has won the Best Actress Award for Maharani Season 2 at the 22nd ITA OTT Awards ceremony in Mumbai.
He has shared the award with the Managing Director of Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board Sheo Shekhar Shukla and his entire team.
He said that the tourism board has helped day and night to ensure the shooting of Maharani Season 2 during the difficult times of the Covid period.
Soon the shooting of season 3 is going to happen in Madhya Pradesh. This award is as much of Kangra Talkies as it is of MP Tourism Board.
Principal Secretary Tourism and Culture and Managing Director Tourism Board Sheo Shekhar Shukla informed that some major initiatives like grants to filmmakers in Madhya Pradesh, film shooting permission within 15 days under Public Service Guarantee Act, online single window system for shooting permission Has been taken in the state.
There are many such reasons, which have made Madhya Pradesh the most film friendly state. Film personalities are visiting our state time and again for shooting, it is a matter of pride for the state.
