Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the program of acceptance letter distribution of Mukhyamantri Jan-Seva Abhiyan in Betul of Narmadapuram division should be done at a higher level and in a better way. Local public representative should be present in the programme.
The programme should be such that Narmadapuram division becomes an example in the state.
Chouhan was reviewing the program to be held in Betul under the Chief Minister’s public service campaign at the residence office. Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains and concerned officers were present in the meeting.
Chouhan said that every panchayat of Betul, Harda and Narmadapuram should be connected virtually in the program to be held in Betul. Chief Minister Chouhan took information about the preparations for the program from the collectors of the three districts. He gave necessary instructions to improve the programme.
Chouhan said that acceptance letters should be distributed to the beneficiaries through public representatives. Acceptance letters should be distributed through councilors and other public representatives in the wards of urban bodies where programs are held. There must be live broadcast of the program so that more and more people can join the programme.
