Madhya Pradesh Transport and Revenue Minister Govind Singh Rajput welcomed President Droupadi Murmu on her arrival at the Dumna Airport, Jabalpur on Tuesday.
Earlier Rajput also welcomed Governor Mangubhai Patel and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan at the airport.
President Murmu arrived at Dumna airport in Jabalpur by an Indian Air Force aircraft from Jharkhand’s capital Ranchi at around 12.15 pm today.
Thereafter the President left for Shahdol to attend the Janjatiya Samagam.
After attending the Janjatiya Samagam, President Murmu returned to Dumna Airport Jabalpur around 4.30 pm and left for Bhopal by Air Force plane.
Governor Mangubhai Patel, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Union Minister Arjun Munda, State Revenue and Transport Minister Govind Singh Rajput, MP (Rajya Sabha) Sumitra Valmiki were present at the airport.
